Safety Guidelines:
Follow-established guidance.
Employees to self-check temperature at home, prior to shift
Temperatures > 100 should be reported to supervisor- covid-19 symptom check list should consult with their primary care physician. Thermometer will be provided to any employee in need.
Masks either disposable or Washable to be provided by employer.
Plexiglass or Polycarbonate shield protector to be installed at POS area for Sandy’s and Gift Shop, prior to re-open.
Employer will provide cleaning and sanitation supplies. All common areas to be sanitized within reason (Door Handles, Counters, Knobs, ect.) Customers will have access to hand sanitizing solutions and encouraged to sanitize upon entry. Customers will be required to wear masks upon entry.
Disposable Gloves to be worn and discarded carefully between each cash transaction, or effectively sanitized for multiple uses. Supplemental training videos to be watched
Social Distancing Signs to be printed and laminated (6 Ft. Distance Masks to be worn for store entry
Safety Policy and protocols to be posted online at pericesgifts.com, and hard copy in store.
Periodically scheduled Sterilization Fogging to be completed (based on volume)
Promote re-opening on Social Media/Website. Plan for initial re-open promotion
Screening Required:
Required of all workers and essential visitors (but not customers) and completed using a questionnaire that determines whether the worker or visitor has: (a) knowingly been in close or proximate contact in the past 14 days with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or who has or had symptoms of COVID-19, (b) tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days, or (c) has experienced any symptoms of COVID-19 in the past 14 days.
• According to CDC guidance on “Symptoms of Coronavirus,” the term “symptomatic” includes employees who have the following symptoms or combinations of symptoms: fever, cough, shortness of breath, or at least two of the following symptoms: fever, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell
Visitors (UPS Driver, Delivery Drivers) must be pre-screened prior to entry of building.
Store Manager Logs:
The store manager will maintain logs to ensure proper screening is taking place, proper disinfectant procedures are being logged on at least an hourly basis, or as business volume necessitates. Communication log to be validated with each employee.

Additional Signage notating the following;
If customer or guest does not have a face covering- offer to provide a disposable mask for entry. If customer or guest does not want to wear a face covering, social distancing must be achievable and observed. You have discretion to refuse entry if social distancing cannot be reasonably adhered.
